Windhorse Retreat Center (WRC) at High Wind is a year-round retreat center affiliated with Shambhala International. It is located in a beautiful glacial area adjacent to the 15,000 acre Kettle Moraine State Forest, less than one hour north of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The retreat center has been successfully operating meditation related programs since 2002 and is available for group and individual retreats. spiritual retreats, artistic gatherings, nature retreats, and private events.
